Summer is a time when all enjoy swimming and we want to refresh with water. 

But still you have to be very careful how and when you enter the water.

When we are out on the sun, warm blood vessels dilate, and when you enter the water you have much lower temperature they abruptly collected and pressure our body grow. 

The difference between air and water can be 15 to 25 degrees is too much for any organism. 

Therefore we recommended to enter the water before chilling or showering to avoid sudden changes in the body such as cramps or panic attack. 

What is most important is not recommended diving if you have previously been exposed to the sun to avoid bad consequences for the body.
