But some experts discover another exercise technique yet effective way to relive pain; it is by using a tennis ball.  To make this exercise not irritating to the skin, you can cover the tennis ball with a sock or washcloth.


Gently roll the ball using the back and neck, pressing against the wall and push with some force as long as it feels comfortable. After a few minutes you will already notice that ease tension in the muscles.
