Liver Cleanse Recipe

Ingredients:

a handful of fresh mint leaves

fresh-squeezed organic lemon juice – use 3 lemons (with some rinds)

fresh-squeezed organic orange juice – use 3 oranges (with some rinds)

1 liter filtered water


raw organic honey to taste




Directions:

Bring the water to a boil.

Add the mint leaves.

Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Add the lemon and orange juice along with the grated lemon rind.



Add some honey to taste.
